After running successful fat loss programmes since 2013 with absolutely amazing results for many bootcamp members and personal training clients. We found that even with some of the people who got brilliant results returned to us a year or two later with the same issues. After talking to them we came to realise that their body fat was a small part of a much larger complex problem.

The route cause for many people for not maintaining their fat loss reduction was that, either had negative images about themselves, they were struggling with cigarettes, drink etc  or they set themselves the wrong goals. To counteract those issues we introduced weekly or fortnightly hypnotherapy and NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming)  sessions to change their mindset and  their relation with themselves and consequently their food and other poor habits, with awesome results.
